Getting started
Use your own account. Replace a temporary password at first sign-in. Use My Account to change your password or verify your email. Do not remember sign-in on a shared device.
Check your name and linked training records. Ask the Application Administrator to correct account, roster or access problems.
Before creating a run report, search Run Reports for the incident. Choose Last 30, 60 or 90 Days. Your department SOP assigns report creation to the first member on scene.
Enter the address and Dispatch Time, then create the draft. Complete the report and check that changes have saved before leaving. Do not include patient-identifying information.
Report status guide
Draft: still being written; not sent for review.
Submitted: waiting for an authorized reviewer.
Returned: read the reviewer feedback, correct the draft and resubmit.
Approved: reviewed; an authorized person still needs to lock it.
Locked: finalized in the Hub. This alone does not mean NERIS received it.
Submit to NERIS Test is a separate, manual action for authorized users and synthetic test reports. Production NERIS reporting is not enabled.
Calendar and training
Use Calendar to see approved activities and submit an event for approval. A pending event is not yet on the approved department calendar.
Use Training & Certifications to submit courses and certificate proof. Check renewal dates and verification status in My Account. Submission does not itself mean a credential was verified.
Saving and connection problems
Keep the page open until saves finish. If a save fails, preserve your text and try again after reconnecting. Before retrying Create Report, check history for a draft that may already have saved.
The Hub does not keep an offline copy of your work. Browser exit warnings are best effort; phones may close a page without warning.
Need help?
Contact the Application Administrator for account, reporting or access help. Include the page name, time, device/browser and the action that failed. Share a run number only through department-approved channels.
Never send passwords, recovery links, access tokens or patient information. If password email does not arrive, the Application Administrator can help with account recovery.

Administration shows backup age and automatic-worker errors, plus SMTP acceptance/failure counters since server startup. Off-provider recovery and actual inbox delivery still require verification.

Report history and administrator Crew view
Run Reports now opens a department-wide summary history with 30/60/90-day incident-date windows, search, all report statuses and paginated results. City/state summaries help members see that a report exists without exposing street addresses or narratives. Full report access remains permission-controlled. Desktop uses aligned columns; mobile uses compact labeled rows.
Administrators can switch to Crew view from the page header. Server-enforced Crew Member permissions temporarily replace administrator and individual report permissions for this session. Saved roles stay unchanged, actions remain attributed to your account, and Return to Admin restores your current permissions. The mode applies across tabs sharing the session and resets on a new sign-in.
Reporting administration
Individual reporting permissions and Pending Actions
Department role labels now read Chief / Assn Chief and Medical Officer. The unused Read Only role has been permanently removed from role definitions, account assignment, roster imports, and Calendar permissions.
Manage Account now has separate Approve Reports, Lock Reports, and Submit to NERIS permissions, independent of user roles.
Existing reporting authority is preserved as individual assignments. New accounts start with these permissions off, and permission changes are audited.
Overview shows Pending Actions only when the signed-in user has reports to review, lock, correct, or submit to NERIS Test. Authors cannot approve or lock their own reports.
Approved reports with missing required fields are identified before locking. Prior NERIS attempts remain on their original reports for status checks; they are not presented as fresh submissions.
NERIS transmission remains manual, limited to locked synthetic test reports, with explicit confirmation. No incident was submitted by this update.
Run reports
A focused report workspace and simpler entry form
Outcome autosave preserves the space and cursor while you type, including when you pause before the next word.
Create Report is now a normal scrolling page instead of a centered popup. Focused fields are kept in view as the mobile keyboard reduces the available screen space.
One Dispatch Time control supplies all three NERIS call timestamps when saving, using the department-selected no-CAD fallback. The separate received and answered controls are hidden; existing records are not bulk changed.
Opening or creating a report hides the report queue and list actions so the report fills the workspace.
Back to reports returns to the queue and waits for pending report edits to save.
Create Report shows dispatch date and hour, minute and second arrows directly in the form, without extra time or number-choice panels.
New reports start with current local time. Address entry stays in the same form, and opening the form no longer automatically opens the address keyboard.

Improved mobile reliability: report autosave preserves newer typing; navigation resolves open dialogs; time pickers fit phone screens with larger touch controls.
Training saves prevent repeated taps and use local dates; Calendar time errors reset correctly and Create User errors appear inside the form.
Existing account roles, forms and record safeguards remain in place.
Run reports
Create report feedback and recovery
Save errors now appear inside the Create report popup, alongside the information you entered.
Reopening the popup clears stale dispatch-time validation. Invalid time fields are revealed so you can correct them.
The button shows “Creating…” while saving and blocks repeated submissions during that request.
If a draft saves but its screen cannot load, the message directs you to refresh the queue before creating another report.
Run reports
One Outcome text box
Replaced the Outcome dropdown and separate details field with one required text box.
Describe the actual outcome or handoff in your own words, up to 600 characters.
Generated narratives use the outcome text. Older reports retain their saved outcome information, with a legacy label used when text is absent.
This change does not rewrite locked official narratives or automatically send reports to NERIS.
Accounts
Remembered sign-in and startup recovery
Fixed a startup error that could interrupt remembered sign-in and settings saves.
Verified that an authenticated session restores after reloading and reopening the site.
Updated browser asset versions so the corrected application loads instead of an older cached script.
The elapsed 30-day retention period has not been independently verified.
NERIS
Test apparatus synchronization
Added administrator-managed mappings between Hub apparatus and permanent NERIS test station and unit IDs.
Enabled supported apparatus updates to synchronize when both the saved mapping and server test switch are enabled.
Renaming a linked apparatus preserves its NERIS identity. Transfers and replacements require separate handling.
The collective POV option remains local. Failed or uncertain synchronization is shown for review rather than silently creating a replacement.
NERIS
Synthetic incident submission verified in TEST
Added a separate operator tool that builds one clearly labeled synthetic incident using the Hub payload builder.
The tool validates before creation, retrieves only that exact incident, and prevents blind repeat creation after an uncertain response.
The operator-reported readback matched the synthetic incident and returned an APPROVED status in the NERIS test environment.
Added a manual Submit to NERIS Test action for reviewed, locked synthetic Hub reports, with validation, duplicate protection and recorded readback status.
The new Hub workflow passed local mocked tests; its live sandbox exercise must be verified separately. Saving a real report still does not transmit it, and production transmission remains disabled.
